Returns and Refunds 

The option for return, refund, cancellation, or exchange is not available for online orders.

Damaged or Defective Items 

If you happen to receive a damaged or defective item, you must claim the damage within 48 hours to be eligible for a replacement. Failure to do so will result in the waiver of your right for a replacement.

To submit a claim, please adhere to the instructions provided below.

  1. Capture a photo of the item to show the damage and email it to info@zufashop.com, including your order number and phone number in case we require further details.
  2. Upon receipt and approval of your email, we will arrange for a product replacement and communicate all pertinent details via email.

Shipping 

Upon placing your order, our team will process and dispatch local deliveries within 1-2 business days. You will be notified when your order is en route for delivery.

 Please note that local pick-up will be fulfilled within 2-4 days of purchase. You will be notified once your order is ready for delivery.

International orders will be tracked and shipped within 1-2 business days of purchase. Delivery times will vary based on location, with GCC orders typically arriving within 3-4 days after being fulfilled.

Pricing Policy 

The prices displayed on the website are in BHD and do not include VAT. The current price for your order will be determined at the time it is accepted.

The customer will be notified of any shipping charges before finalising payment. All applicable customs duties, clearance fees, and taxes will be listed in a separate invoice upon delivery, for which the customer will be responsible.
